Over the years, friends and family kept telling me the same thing about pregnancy: they wanted to show up, but didn’t always know how. There are appointments to keep, questions to remember, and a partner going through something enormous, all while everyday life keeps moving. I built Abbu to be the companion I wish more of us had: practical, thoughtful, and human. It’s here to help you be more present for your partner and your future child, and to keep the many moving pieces in one calm place. My background in medicine, public health, business, and health technology shapes how it works, but Abbu is an educational companion, not a doctor. And it grows with you: your feedback shapes what comes next, and there’s much more on the way.
